It’s a device that helps you with communications to nurture relationships with prospects or clients. It’s a very simple piece of software that you can use on a daily basis.
To communicate and to stay on top of communications.
Every business needs a C R M. It’s just a matter of which one you choose.
Of course, we have ours, and I think it’s incredible, but it doesn’t matter which one you use as long as you’re using a C R M to help grow your business.
That’s the biggest part. That’s the biggest thing that you wanna look at is having something, some way to communicate with customers in one area where this is critical.
You own the data. You don’t own your Facebook likes or your Facebook followers, but you do own the data within your C R M mobile numbers. Email addresses, first and last names, super important. Have a great day.
