This is one of the most important FREE listings you should make sure you have set one up, verified it, and begin to optimize to help with better placement in the Google Map Pack or Map Deck.

Many calls happen from inside the Google Map Pack. There are some things you can do right now, totally free that can help you get displayed more often than not.

1) Turn on “messaging” inside your Google My Business listing which will allow customers who are on mobile devices to text / chat with you. Download for Android or IOS the GMB app and begin taking your engagement to the next level with your prospects and customers. Remember lots of people prefer texting to calling.

2) Add advertising posts inside your Google My Business listing every week. This brings more engagement and click-thru to your listing and also displays on search when people are looking for your product or service.

3) Add more “photos” with text inside your Google My Business listing. Photos with text get 4x the amount of clicks on them, so take an action shot at work, put some text on it and upload it to your GMB.

4) Reviews…. are so important. People buy based on ratings and reviews. We all do it. So make sure your business has a process in place to solicit reviews from your customers. This will help drive more calls in the future.
